Back in March, I kicked off a format change for this blog, promising that I’d ask for your feedback after a while.
Well, it’s been a while. I’ve gotten great feedback, and I’m encouraged that it seems like my readers would like me to keep up this short video format.
But, I’m a “high I” (that’s DiSC-speak), so I tend to look at personal feedback through rose-colored glasses.
What ought be next? A return to written, or a continuation of video?
That go-to phrase:
I don’t know, what do you think?
Please let me know through your messages or comments…
And thanks for your support, especially those who have been reading/following since December of 2009!

I like the videos. I love the written anecdotes better. I feel that the video goes too quickly for me (must be my High C part speaking). The stories that were included in the written material was usually that trigger that prompted me to consider my own contextual situations and how the lessons might apply. Just my two cents.

Thanks, Michael – your opinion means a lot, as you’ve been here since the beginning.
Anyone else?

I think that I like both. And I think that Michael’s comment about the stories in the written blog is worth giving some serious attention. Maybe write again and do another video series later.
PS – the videos contained great points and were entertaining;
however, it is hard to copy and paste great video comments into a document to save.
I don’t think I’ve been very helpful at all.

I like the videos for sharing, but it’s much easier to read text at my desk. How about video with a longer description?
