You can now perform administrative tasks for Catalyst assessments without using the EPIC platform!

*This new feature provides administrative capabilities for DiSC Workplace, Agile EQ and Management on Catalyst. Assessments not available on Catalyst will still be performed on the EPIC platform. Please see the EPIC How-To documents at the bottom of this page.

How to Enable the Catalyst Administrator Experience

Use the document linked below to enable the Catalyst Administrator Experience by syncing your own EPIC assessments to your Catalyst account. This should only take 5 minutes.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you have multiple team members who share the same EPIC login, you will need to create a separate user account for each person. This must be done FIRST (before syncing your EPIC account with your Catalyst account). 

Create a new user account by logging into EPIC> Manage Your Account> Manage Users> Enter name, username (we recommend using email as username) assign as admin or super admin> Add user.

The individual will receive an email notifying the individual of this new account and prompt them to create a password.

Each user will need to follow the directions in the document below to access the Catalyst Admin Experience.

This user guide provides instruction for any task you might need to perform with the Catalyst Administrator Experience.

It is strongly encouraged that People Managers take both the Catalyst DiSC Workplace and Management assessment. The Catalyst platform provides tools to adapt your leadership approach to accommodate your team members’ diverse needs and preferences.
