Everything DiSC Workplace®

Sometimes we can feel like other people in our workplace just don’t get us. This is bound to happen as different communication and work styles are thrown together to complete projects or lead teams.

Everything DiSC Workplace® is a simple communication work style assessment tool that will shed some much-needed light on your situation. Learning about the DiSC® styles of others can help you understand their priorities and how they may differ from you. Using this simple tool can help you improve the quality of your workplace to build more effective relationships by bridging the communication gap between styles.

Participants will develop the following Workplace Competencies, being able to: 

  1. Be able to identify communication barriers between themselves and others with different styles.
  2. Recognize the strengths and weaknesses of the different styles and engage them to contribute to an effective and diverse workplace.
  3. Collaborate effectively with each other, assuring your team is as healthy as possible, and without dysfunction.
