The Everything DiSC® profile is an assessment used by more than 40 million people to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication. The Everything DiSC® model is a simple yet powerful tool that serves as the foundation for all applications of Everything DiSC®.

Each DiSC® style is a blend of these four primary personality styles:

Dominance (D): People with a Dominance style are motivated by results and forward movement. They tend to be direct, decisive, and comfortable taking initiative. D styles bring focus to challenges, push for clarity, and help teams move toward meaningful outcomes.

Influence (i): Those with an Influence style are energized by collaboration, connection, and shared enthusiasm. They build relationships quickly and help keep people engaged. i styles strengthen communication, boost morale, and help ideas gain momentum.

Steadiness (S): People with a Steadiness style value trust, stability, and supportive relationships. They are dependable contributors who bring patience, consistency, and follow-through. S styles help teams feel connected and create environments where people can do their best work.

Conscientiousness (C): Those with a Conscientious style are motivated by accuracy, quality, and thoughtful decisions. They bring careful analysis, attention to detail, and high standards. C styles help teams improve processes, anticipate challenges, and build confidence in the work.

Every style brings strengths a team needs. The real advantage comes from understanding how they work together.

The assessment reveals primary and secondary DiSC Styles (iD, DS, CS, etc.) and the results and insights are personalized for the participant. This deepens understanding of self and others, making workplace interactions more enjoyable and effective. You’ll have a more engaged workforce, leaders who more deeply understand how to motivate, and teams who love working together. Culture will improve.

All DiSC profile assessments are validated learning tools focusing on workplace interactions. DiSC is a user-friendly, non-judgmental survey for understanding behavioral preferences and personality styles.

How it Works:

First, participants complete a brief, research-based Everything DiSC® assessment online. Using adaptive testing and advanced algorithms, the assessment adjusts as it goes—resulting in accurate, individualized insights rather than one-size-fits-all labels.

Results are delivered through Catalyst™, Wiley’s interactive learning platform. Inside Catalyst™, participants can:

  • Explore their DiSC® style, priorities, and preferences
  • See how their style shows up at work
  • Learn practical strategies for communication, collaboration, and decision-making
  • Compare styles and better understand differences—without stereotyping or labeling

Catalyst™ turns assessment results into an ongoing learning experience, not a static report.

Participants have access to their own Catalyst account after the session so that they can continue to learn independently, and facilitated sessions — whether administered in-house, self-directed, or by Group Dynamic — can bring the data to life. Catalyst™ activities and discussion tools can be used to:

  • Create an engaging, highly interactive learning environment
  • Help participants apply insights in real workplace situations
  • Emphasize flexibility and growth

Learning doesn’t stop after the session. With Catalyst™, organizations can:

  • View your team or department DiSC® styles all in once place
  • Identify strengths, gaps, and opportunities for collaboration
  • Support performance improvement over time

Participants gain:

  • Practical tips for working more effectively with others
  • Tools they can revisit as roles, teams, or challenges change

The DiSC assessment is both a tool and resource effective for any level of business, whether you have one employee or 10,000. It is not industry-specific because communication, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, and leadership skills are universal.

“We have worked with Alan and Group Dynamic for several years on DiSC Workplace. The entire staff is organized and easy to work with. Alan does a fantastic job leading the in-person class sessions. We will continue to lean on them to help our employees understand their own styles and how to be better communicators!”
