Business Development Specialist Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Business Development Specialist for a consulting and training company in Winterset, IA. The Business Development Specialist supports the everyday business operations of Group Dynamic, provides customer service, and seeks to help people look forward to getting to work by developing leaders who motivate and teams who love working together.
The successful candidate will be professional, polite, and friendly in both written and verbal communication. They will be responsive to phone calls and emails and provide superior customer service. Candidates must have strong attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and be able to work independently. Proficient computer skills are required.
Duties include maintaining ongoing communication with existing clients; scheduling; updating client records; managing the distribution and processing of personality assessments; maintaining all social media accounts; organizing and planning client engagement events; ordering training materials; editing and producing weekly blog; monthly billing; expense tracking; and other duties as assigned.
Position is 32 – 40 hours per week. Starting pay is $19/hour, with performance-based bonus opportunities.

- Experience with customer service or prior administrative experience
